We want you to love your La Te DA purchase, but for any reason you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return eligible items.
NOTE: We only offer store credit or exchange. We do not issue refunds back in the original form of payment. Your store credit will never expire! Your store credit will not include shipping.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed or altered in any way.
- Shoes must me unworn and show no signs of wear.
- Final sale items include: Jewelry, Hats, Intimates, and items ending in .99
- Please include a copy of the invoice and reason for return.
Once we receive your return, expect to receive e-gift certificate to the email that you provided to us within 3-5 business days. They do not expire!
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a e-gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a e-gift certificate will be e-mailed to You.
